UPDATE: 6 MONTHS WORKING OUT PROGRESS

I’m back with an update, today it’s 6 months that I’ve been working out steadily twice a week, so far I’ve only missed 2 sessions cause I was sick, so, so far, it’s awesome. Here’s a list of things I’ve noticed.
