These days a big amount of people live with mental illnesses, and most of them go untreated and worst, undetected, this is a serious problem around the world, cause mental health problems are treatable and you can get better if you get the proper help and counseling. I’m not an expert on the subject, but what I do know is that I live with a mental health problem, I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety, and I’ve seen other people go through them, some of them are aware of their problems, a few of them have sought out treatment, but many aren’t even aware of them, or worse, they’re in denial. I don’t know why this happens, but I do know that in some places mental health treatments are expensive, and I know a lot of people suffering from mental illness are underprivileged. And I know that though there are places where you can get treatment at free clinics, people still don’t get the help they need because of the stigma surrounding mental illness. I know …
