1 YEAR LATER: MY FITNESS JOURNEY

Hi guys!! I’m so excited to share this with you today, let me tell you, today it’s one year since the day I started practicing pole fitness steadily and taking better care of myself. ¡Hola! Estoy mega emocionada de compartirles ésto hoy, les cuento que hoy, hace un año empecé a practicar pole fitness y a cuidarme mejor. It’s been one crazy year guys, it’s had it’s ups and downs and it has gone by so fast, I can’t believe I’ve been all fitness-y for a year now, I’m so proud of myself. You know, I’ve never really struggled with weight, so that wasn’t a goal when I first got into pole fitness, I just wanted to do something to keep my body healthy and make it stronger, well a year later I can tell you I feel so much stronger, my body has changed so much in these past 12 months, I’m still skinny but in a healthy “muscle-y” way and I’m liking it, I can feel how my whole body is more toned …

WHY DID I DECIDE TO GO ON A DIET?

Hi guys! How’s it going? Here everything’s okay, I started this month with the best attitude and I’m just gonna roll with that. ¡Hola! ¿Cómo les va? Aquí todo bien, la verdad es que empecé este mes con la mejor actitud y planeo seguir así. So, you know that the past year I’ve been on a journey to a healthier lifestyle, so almost a month ago I decided to take the next step on this path and I made an appointment with a nutritionist, I’ve been on a diet ever since (with a couple of cheat days hehe). 8 MONTHS WORKING OUT UPDATE

Hi guys! I can’t believe 2 months more have gone by, time really does fly by, today I’m so excited about sharing this post with you, cause I think I’m really appreciating the changes in my body after these months of steady work outs, 3/4’s of a year into practicing pole fitness twice a week these are the changes I’ve seen: Legs: stronger and more toned, I feel they’ve gotten bigger from the muscle I’m building. My flexibility has increased a lot over the last couple of months. Tummy: my core strength has increased a lot, upper abs and lower ones feel harder, still need to work on the middle area. Butt: has gotten perkier and has grown, seriously I’m gonna need new jeans soon. Arms: way stronger, I’m able to do more push ups in a row than 2 months ago, they feel more toned, shoulder flexibility has improved. Back: feels stronger, my posture has changed. Self esteem: I feel awesome being able to conquer all of these challenges. ¡Hola! No puedo creer que …
