UPDATE: 6 MONTHS WORKING OUT PROGRESS

6-months-update_2I’m back with an update, today it’s 6 months that I’ve been working out steadily twice a week, so far I’ve only missed 2 sessions cause I was sick, so, so far, it’s awesome. Here’s a list of things I’ve noticed.

Increased flexibility.
Increased strenght, I’m able to do things I couldn’t last month.
Toned calfs, back, arms and abs.
I’m more conscious about how my body works/moves.
I feel more confident in myself than I did 6 months ago.
Overall wellness feeling.
My butt feels more lifted.

  2. I applaud you! Making “working out” a habit is really hard. I started working out for health, but it is the only thing that gives me a toned booty so now I do it for both health and lifted booty! haha

  5. Way to go! The first things I notice when I don’t work out are my energy and stress levels. Energy goes way down, stress goes way up. That’s all the motivation I need. That, and the fact that I love to eat Chick-fil-A. Lol. You look great. Keep up the good work!
