6-months-update_2I’m back with an update, today it’s 6 months that I’ve been working out steadily twice a week, so far I’ve only missed 2 sessions cause I was sick, so, so far, it’s awesome. Here’s a list of things I’ve noticed.

Increased flexibility.
Increased strenght, I’m able to do things I couldn’t last month.
Toned calfs, back, arms and abs.
I’m more conscious about how my body works/moves.
I feel more confident in myself than I did 6 months ago.
Overall wellness feeling.
My butt feels more lifted.


Estoy de vuelta con noticias, hoy cumplo seis meses de ejercitarme regularmente, dos veces a la semana, hasta ahora sólo he perdido dos clases porque estaba enferma, así que hasta ahora creo que voy súper bien. Aquí una lista de cosas que he notado.

Aumenté flexibilidad.
Aumenté fuerza, puedo hacer cosas que hace un mes no podía.
Se comienzan a marcar mis piernas, espalda, brazos y abdomen.
Estoy más consciente de cómo se mueve/funciona mi cuerpo.
Me siento con más confianza que hace seis meses.
Sensación de bienestar en general.
Mi trasero se siente más levantado.

    I applaud you! Making “working out” a habit is really hard. I started working out for health, but it is the only thing that gives me a toned booty so now I do it for both health and lifted booty! haha

  6. Way to go! The first things I notice when I don’t work out are my energy and stress levels. Energy goes way down, stress goes way up. That’s all the motivation I need. That, and the fact that I love to eat Chick-fil-A. Lol. You look great. Keep up the good work!

    1. Ohh Chick-fil-A, love it lol, I miss that about my time in the US, I wish we had it here lol, and yes, incredibly, my energy is better when I work out than when I’m being lazy!

    1. hahaha me identifico tanto, pues yo creo que son los ejercicios de estiramiento que hago en cada clase que voy, no sé si sea la rutina de hacerlos dos veces a la semana?
